Prior to GMi Companies, Janet held Vice President of Marketing positions at WorkflowOne, Synchrony Communications, and LexisNexis.  She has over 7 years of experience as an independent strategy and marketing consultant and is also a certified facilitator of the Leadership Challenge Workshop. She has also implemented a number of other culture and leadership programs, including Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Leadership and Self-Deception and Energy Leadership.
